Return Policy

Are you not happy with your order? Then you can return your order (at your own expense and in the original packaging) within 14 days, provided that it meets the return conditions below.

Returns Policy

• Please state your Name + Order Number on or in the package.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings and hair accessories cannot be returned.
• Sale items may not be returned
• You will be responsible for the return shipping costs – Please keep your proof of postage until we have fully processed your return.
• The order must be returned in the original packaging.
• The item must not be worn or damaged.
• Orders that fall outside the 14-day return period will not be returned.

Swap
You cannot exchange an item directly via our webshop. You can return the item to be replaced and order the desired item and have it delivered. You must then pay for the new order. Unfortunately, we cannot offset the orders against each other.
